Loading... Please wait...Purple Bee Designs gladly accepts returns within 21 days from the time your order is shipped. Items must have all original tags attached and will not be accepted if they have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged.
All returns MUST have an RA number. To obtain an RA number please contact Purple Bee Designs at customerservice@purplebeedesigns.com. Pack and seal your return items securely, in the original packaging if possible. Please ship your return with a carrier who will provide you with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost, we will not accept responsibility for lost packages. Shipping must be prepaid, as we will not accept COD packages.
Purple Bee Designs will refund the entire purchase price (excluding original shipping costs). All refunds will be processed within 2-3 weeks of receiving the returned merchandise.

We only refund shipping charges if we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size,style, or color you will be charged for shipping on your exchange.
Once your package has been received your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days. If there is a refund due a credit will be issued in the same form as the original payment. You will be notified when we process the credit, however; it may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
